校企合作人才培养模式,对高职院校思想政治理论课教学提出了新的要求和挑战。为了更好地了解并研究当前校企合作模式下高职院校思想政治理论课教学,从学校和企业两个层面展开调查。通过问卷分析和访谈,发现当前校企合作模式下高职院校思想政治理论课教学没有很好地做到校企相融,还存在不少问题。通过分析存在的问题,从教学计划、教学内容、教学模式以及考评体系等方面,提出校企合作模式下高职院校思想政治理论课教学改革对策。
The training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents poses new requirements and challenges to the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges. In order to better understand and study the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges under the current cooperation between schools and enterprises, we investigate from the two levels of schools and enterprises. Through questionnaire analysis and interviews, it is found that under the current mode of school-enterprise cooperation, the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational colleges does not integrate well with schools and enterprises. There are still many problems. By analyzing the existing problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation from the aspects of teaching plan, teaching content, teaching mode and appraisal system.
