在胎儿一胎盘系统功能的检查方法中,妊妇血清酶的检查是较早为人们所注意的方面。50年代时就知道,妊娠时妊妇血清中的硷性磷酸酶的活性增高。以后的研究证明这是由胎盘所合成的特殊的蛋白。因其具有耐热的特性,故称之为耐热性硷性磷酸酶(Heat StableAlkaline Phosphatase,以下简称为HSAP)。因为这种酶为胎盘特异的产物,故用测定HSAP的方法来判断胎盘的功能状态。近10多年来,不少学者对此进行过研究,但评价不一,颇有争论。测定的方法亦各异。本文的目的在于通过本实验室的观察对其临床意义予以评价。
In the examination of the function of the fetus and placenta system, the examination of serum enzyme of pregnant women is one of the earliest aspects that people pay attention to. In the 1950s, it was known that the activity of alkaline phosphatase in maternal serum during pregnancy increased. Later studies have shown that this is a special protein synthesized by the placenta. Because of its heat-resistant properties, it is called heat-resistant alkaline phosphatase (Heat StableAlkaline Phosphatase, hereinafter referred to as HSAP). Because this enzyme is a specific product of the placenta, the method of determining HSAP is used to determine the functional status of the placenta. In the past 10 years or so, many scholars have studied this, but they have different opinions and are quite controversial. Measurement methods are also different. The purpose of this article is to evaluate its clinical relevance through our laboratory observations.
