Sm_2Fe_(17)合金经过500℃×12小时氮化处理,试样的氮化层深度为10μm,并且氮化后在试样表面产生许多裂纹。通过对磁畴观察,发现有磁畴的区域为已氮化的区域。电子探针分析表明,靠表面的磁畴区域的氮含量为4wt%,而没有磁畴的区域的氮含量<1%。用环氧树脂作粘结剂制作的粘结磁体,得到的磁性能为:Br=0.62T,iHc=612kA/m,(BH)_(max)=55.72kJ/m ̄3,密度为4.8g/cm ̄3。用Zn粉作粘结剂显著提高矫顽力。添加20wt%的Zn粉,可使矫顽力大于1194kA/m。
After the Sm 2 Fe 17 alloy was nitrided at 500 ℃ for 12 hours, the nitrided layer depth of the sample was 10μm, and many cracks were formed on the sample surface after nitriding. By observing the magnetic domain, it was found that the region with the magnetic domain was the nitrided region. Electron probe analysis showed that the nitrogen content in the region of the magnetic domains on the surface was 4% by weight and that of the region without magnetic domains was <1%. The bonded magnets made with epoxy resin as binder have the following magnetic properties: Br = 0.62T, iHc = 612kA / m, (BH) _ (max) = 55.72kJ / m ~ 4.8g / cm ~ 3. Zn powder as a binder significantly improve coercivity. The addition of 20wt% Zn powder, the coercive force is greater than 1194kA / m.
