目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b F G F)在同种异体肾移植慢性排斥反应肾组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化 S P法研究12 例正常肾组织、14 例肾癌旁组织及23 例慢性排斥反应肾组织中b F G F的表达 。结果:排斥反应肾组织 b F G F表达阳性率及中等以上阳性率分别为82.6% 和52.3% ,明显高于正常组织及癌旁组织,有极显著性差异( P < 0.01);b F G F主要在血管平滑肌、肾小球膜、肾小管等细胞的胞浆及胞核中表达。结论:b F G F表达可调控正常肾组织,过度表达与慢性排斥反应密切相关;未发现b F G F表达与临床症状相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of bFGF in renal allograft recipients with renal allograft rejection. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to study the expression of b F G F in 12 cases of normal renal tissues, 14 cases of adjacent renal cell carcinoma and 23 cases of chronic rejection renal tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of bF G F in renal tissues with rejection and the positive rates of middle and above were 82.6% and 52.3% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal tissues and paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). 01); b F G F is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of vascular smooth muscle, mesangial membrane, tubular and other cells. CONCLUSION: b F G F expression regulates normal renal tissue. Overexpression of b F G F is closely related to chronic rejection. No correlation was found between b F G F expression and clinical symptoms.
