金融危机为中国木材产业技术革新带来了机遇。对中国木材产业技术资源投入与配置的现状进行了分析,得出结论:中国木材产业技术资源投入不足,配置效率低下,限制了产业技术水平的提升,因而技术革新势在必行。分析了金融危机对中国木材产业技术革新的影响,认为金融危机不仅促使中国木材产业通过技术革新来摆脱困境,同时也大幅降低了技术革新的成本。从政府和企业两个层面,提出了中国木材产业在金融危机背景下开展技术革新的对策建议。
The financial crisis has brought opportunities for technological innovation in the Chinese timber industry. The status quo of the investment and allocation of technical resources in China’s timber industry was analyzed, and conclusions were drawn: China’s timber industry has insufficient investment in technical resources, and the efficiency of allocation is low, which limits the improvement of industrial technology levels. Therefore, technological innovation is imperative. The paper analyzes the impact of the financial crisis on the technological innovation of China’s timber industry, and believes that the financial crisis not only promoted China’s timber industry to emerge from technological difficulties through technological innovation, but also significantly reduced the cost of technological innovation. From both the government and the enterprise level, the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the Chinese wood industry to carry out technological innovation in the context of the financial crisis.
