大连显像管厂的改造是全国机电行业550项重点技术改造项目之一,它包括从日本东芝公司引进的年产72万只17英寸黑白显像管生产线与单班年产85万支电子枪生产线,其零件单班年产一百万套。从日本东芝引进的装配、电子枪、零件三条生产线,其设备总数为245台,纯水设备74台套。这几条生产线单机自动化程度高,质量控制严格,产品质量达到世界先进水平。现在,显像管生产线已试车投产,合格率远超过单价指标,电子枪生产线正在设备试车。该厂的建成投产经济效益很大,年产值7560万元,将成为全国最大的黑白显像管生产厂家。
The transformation of Dalian Pilot Tube Factory is one of the 550 key technological transformation projects in the national electromechanical industry. It includes the production of 720,000 17-inch black and white picture tube production lines and 850,000 single-electron gun production lines imported from Toshiba of Japan.
