长期以来,在中国学术界政治学和思想政治教育学研究领域,人们对由改革实践推动的体制机制问题和公务员的素质养成表现出足够重视的同时,对于青年公务员这一特殊群体研究,包括如何引导青年公务员“建构起符合国家性质、时代发展和职业特殊要求的,更为积极的社会认同”却有所忽略。这反映了学术界对青年公务员的些许陌生与隔阂。在这种背景下,我们欣喜地读到了福建省委党校孙秀艳副教授的《演进与形塑:青年公务员的社会认
For a long time, in the field of political science and ideological and political education in academic circles in China, people pay enough attention to the institutional mechanisms promoted by the reform practice and the development of the quality of civil servants.
