It points out the importance and urgency of taking a new path of industrialization in southwest ethnic minority areas. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of southwest ethnic minority areas and the difficulties and conditions of developing new type of industrialization, this paper discusses that the new industrialization in southwest ethnic minority areas should have its own unique characteristics and uniqueness. Promote new industrialization should take effective measures.
