随着石油业及铸造业的快速发展,碱性酚醛树脂砂在石油铸钢件生产中的应用越来越广泛,但其生产过程中存在的能消耗大以及污染严重等问题也越来越明显。本文分析了对石油铸钢件生产进行技术改造的可行性、必要性以及经济性,分析比较后确定技术改造项目为碱性酚醛树脂砂工艺,并从设备选型、生产质量控制两方面展开讨论。
With the rapid development of the petroleum industry and foundry industry, the application of alkaline phenolic resin sand in the production of petroleum cast steel is more and more widespread, but the problems of energy consumption and serious pollution in the process of production are more and more obvious . This paper analyzes the feasibility of the technological transformation of the production of steel castings, the necessity and economy, after the analysis and comparison of technological transformation projects to determine phenolic resin sand process, and from the selection of equipment, production quality control are discussed .
