城际轨道交通系统是解决城市交通、改善城市环境、解决能源危机的重要手段,城际轨道交通系统的决策必须做到合理、科学和慎重。首先提出城际轨道交通系统决策评价体系,然后介绍灰熵及其极值、熵增定理及均衡度、灰色关联度等定义和计算方法,并给出灰熵综合评价步骤。最后以莞惠城际轨道建设为例,应用灰熵综合评价模型较客观解决城际轨道交通系统决策问题。
Intercity rail transit system is an important means to solve the urban traffic, improve the urban environment and solve the energy crisis. The decision-making of the inter-city rail transit system must be reasonable, scientific and prudent. Firstly, the evaluation system of intercity rail transit system decision-making is proposed. Then, the definitions and calculation methods of gray entropy and its extreme value, entropy increasing theorem, equilibrium degree and gray relational degree are introduced, and the gray entropy comprehensive evaluation step is given. Finally, taking Guanghui inter-city orbit construction as an example, the application of gray entropy comprehensive evaluation model objectively solves the decision-making problem of intercity rail transit system.
