本文分析了医师们对普种水痘疫苗持保留态度的原因,指出水痘疫苗接种对预防水痘感染、临床水痘及严重水痘具有不同的作用。水痘疫苗接种具有极大的社会效益和经济效益。作者建议对13岁以上的青少年和没有水痘史的成人进行常规水痘疫苗接种。
This article analyzes the reasons why physicians hold reservations about universal chickenpox vaccines and points out that varicella vaccination has different effects on preventing chickenpox infection, clinical chicken pox and severe chickenpox. Chickenpox vaccination has great social and economic benefits. The authors recommend regular doses of varicella vaccination to adolescents over 13 and adults without varicella.
