螺纹加工中,三针测量方法在生产第一线应用较广。利用三针测量螺纹中径比用万能工具显微镜测量要方便得多,它不仅可以用来对一般精度丝杠的测量,也可用来测量精密丝杠,如滚珠丝杠。但三针测量的精度如何?测量误差与哪些因素有关?这是值得讨论的问题。它对于提高螺纹加工精度有现实意义。
In threading, the three-pin measuring method is widely used in the first line of production. It is much more convenient to measure the thread diameter ratio with the three-pin probe with the omnipotent tool microscope. It can be used not only for the measurement of a general-purpose screw but also for a precision screw such as a ball screw. But what is the precision of the three-pin measurement and the factors of the measurement error? This is a question worth discussing.
