粮食的供给和需求是一个动态、发展变化的状态,保障粮食供给平衡目前已经成为一个世界性的课题。随着世界经济全球化和一体化步伐的加快,我国粮食市场与世界粮食市场关系越来越紧密。当前,国际粮价持续高位运行,全球粮食安全正面临着重重危机。我国粮食形势受诸多不利因素影响,粮食需求增长、供给偏紧的趋势日渐明显,保障粮食安全面临着严峻挑战。本文通过分析全球及我国粮食供需情况,以农业政策性金融在国家粮食宏观调控中的职能定位为切入点,初步对农业政策性金融在保护国家粮食安全中的重要作用进行探索和研究。
The supply and demand of grain is a dynamic, evolving state of affairs. Ensuring the balance of food supply has now become a worldwide issue. With the globalization of the world economy and the acceleration of integration, the relationship between the grain market in China and the world grain market is getting closer and closer. At present, the international food prices continue to go up high and the global food security faces a lot of crises. The food situation in our country is affected by many unfavorable factors. The trend of increasing grain demand and tight supply has become increasingly obvious. To guarantee food security faces severe challenges. This article analyzes the global and China’s grain supply and demand situation, with the agricultural policy-oriented finance in the national macro-control of food functions as the starting point, the preliminary study of agricultural policy-oriented finance in the protection of national food security in the exploration and research.
