高新技术产业可持续发展事关我国产业竞争力的提升,如何把握和评价高新技术产业可持续发展能力,是需要研究的重要方向。本文构建了包含发展环境、发展水平、发展潜力、协调发展四个维度的高新技术产业可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并建立基于灰色关联分析法的高新技术产业可持续发展动态评价模型,以此模型对“十二五”期间我国高新技术产业可持续发展能力进行评价研究。
The sustainable development of high-tech industries is related to the improvement of industrial competitiveness in our country. How to grasp and evaluate the ability of sustainable development of high-tech industries is an important direction to be studied. This paper constructs an index system of evaluating the ability of sustainable development of high-tech industries, including development environment, development level, development potential and coordinated development, and establishes a dynamic evaluation model for sustainable development of high-tech industries based on gray relational analysis. Model to evaluate the sustainable development of China’s high-tech industries during the 12th Five-year Plan period.
