On the morning of March 5th, 2004, Zhou Wei, the chairman and president of IBM Greater China, visited the Science and Technology think-tank magazine. He watched the “Management of the West for a Century” display on the wall with interest, such as several masters of management masters and With their contributions, he said with some dissatisfaction: “To talk about management, we should add China’s grandchildren into it.” Mr. Zhou’s remarks lead to the topic of how to apply Chinese traditional culture to modern enterprise management. After the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprise management began to “cross the river by feeling the stones.” Because of the historical environment at that time, Chinese entrepreneurs did not know what the so-called modern management was. They naturally tended to dig for management wisdom in local culture. Confucianism, Buddhism, Buddhism, Buddhism, Taoism, Sun Tzu’s art of war, and even Mao Tse-tung’s thought all come to us without hesitation. It should be said that China’s broad and profound traditional culture is deeply rooted in people’s minds. It has both its closed and backward sides and its essence. It is a powerful resource that can effectively mobilize social forces; the value of digging this social wealth lies in Can an enterprise sublimate the harmony that small-scale production society follows to the new ethic of social production?
