本文对2008—2012年鞍山市城区居民病伤死亡原因进行统计分析,全面了解居民健康水平,系统掌握居民死亡情况、死因顺位和死亡率变化趋势等指标,及时为政府和有关部门制定疾病预防控制防治策略和措施提供科学依据。1资料与方法1.1资料来源死亡资料来源于鞍山市居民死因登记报告系统,人口资料由鞍山市公安局提供,标准化人口为2000年全国人口普查数据。1.2疾病分类按ICD-10进行分类。
