I. Project Description The project will increase the building area by 13947 square meters and purchase 159 sets of main equipments to form an annual production capacity of 1,500 tons of organic fluorine resin. Second, investment estimates and sources of funds: a total investment of 5.98 million US dollars, of which 5.52 million US dollars investment in fixed assets, working capital of 460,000 US dollars. The enterprise raised 1.80 million U.S. dollars and planned to utilize 4.1 million U.S. dollars. Third, the market analysis: This project is the national chemical industry “fifteen ” key scientific and technological projects. Organic fluorine resin is a new type of polymer materials, excellent performance, wide range of uses, aerospace, electronics, chemicals, textiles, machinery, food and medical and health fields indispensable special materials. The development of organic fluoropolymer is a hot area in today’s chemical industry.
