目的:探讨CD44蛋白和CD8+T细胞在肾盂癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测76例不同级别肾盂癌组织中CD44蛋白和CD8+T细胞的表达,分析其在不同临床病理因素肾盂癌组织中的表达,及两者在肾盂癌发展过程中的相互关系。结果:肾盂癌组织中,CD44弱表达率为36.8%,中等强度表达率为32.9%,高表达率为30.3%,CD44在肌层浸润性(pT2、pT3或pT4)和高分级肾盂癌组织中表达下调,CD44表达与肿瘤分期和分化程度均呈负相关,r值分别为-0.547和-0.365,P值分别为0.003和0.001;CD8+T细胞低表达率为34.2%,中等强度表达率为34.2%,高表达率为31.6%,CD8+T细胞与肿瘤分期和分化程度均呈负相关(r=-0.683,P=0.000和r=-0.308,P=0.006),且肾盂癌组织中CD8+T细胞的表达与CD44的表达呈正相关,r=0.372,P=0.001。结论:CD44和CD8+T细胞与肾盂癌的分化、浸润等恶性行为有关,同步检测两者在肾盂癌组织中的表达并综合分析两者的关系,对评价肾盂癌的侵袭转移能力判断具有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD44 protein and CD8 + T cell in renal pelvic cancer.
