通过对厦门-香港航线客轮上食品卫生监督,发现冷冻小包装食品在短线客轮上具有一定的消耗量,如果采购、保藏不善,容易降低卫生质量,需要加强监督,确保安全。
Through the food hygiene supervision on the Xiamen-Hong Kong route passenger liner, it was found that the frozen small package food had a certain amount of consumption on the short-term passenger liner. If it was purchased or stored poorly, the hygienic quality would be easily deteriorated. Supervision should be strengthened to ensure safety.
