The 14th Dalai Lama fled the country in 1959, embarking on a criminal path of betraying the Chinese nation andseparating the motherland by tuing to foreign forces for help to seek "Tibet independence." Dalai Lama fabricated such fallacies as "the 17-article agreement was imposed on Tibet by force,""5.7 million Hans have migrated to Tibet, reducing the Tibetans into the status of minorities," "traditional Tibetan culture and arts are on peril,""China is exterminating religion and culture," "the Chinese govement is against religious freedom and persecuting religious personages." On March 10, 2008, Dalai claimed that the Chinese govement "has over the past few years stepped up its suppression of Tibetans inside China," "trampled down human rights and held freedom of religious belief in check." The Dalai Lama has also trumpeted his "middle way," "grand Tibet Area" and "highdegree of autonomy." All these are nothing but seeking "Tibet independence." He wantonly smears at and attacks the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese govement, distorts the history and current conditions of Tibet, carries out political instigation and fans up separatist activities, instigates national conflicts to sabotage national unity and spreads "Tibet Independence" fallacies and masterminds separatist incidents.
