微博是践行群众路线的新形式、新载体。群众路线在微博上发生转换,是微博技术带来的结果。群众路线在微博上的转换对官员也提出了新要求、新认识、新观念、新视野,即:要正确认识新时期群众路线的新内涵,要尊重群众对微博的选择,要相信群众的智慧和力量,要善听善用民意,要力戒在微博上搞官僚主义、形式主义,要关注微博上的热点问题,充分尊重民意和宽容民意,与网民互动成为走群众路线的常态。由于官员的形式主义思维,官员在微博上的政绩观、道德观、风景观、情趣观、形式主义、权力观、人治观等影响了与网民的互动,使群众路线在微博上的转换陷入误区。为此,应构建以法治为核心的法治机制、传播机制、道德机制、责任机制和技术机制等,以更好地在微博上为群众路线的贯彻执行提供保障。

To this end, the rule of law mechanism, the dissemination mechanism, the moral mechanism, the responsibility mechanism and the technical mechanism with the rule of law as the core should be established so as to better guarantee the implementation of the mass line on Weibo.
