1 前言 铝不仅是生产细晶粒钢的重要合金元素,也是最有效的脱氧剂之一。某些钢号,特别是深拉钢与冷加工钢,通常要求钢中溶解铝的最终含量为0.03~0.04%。产品中铝太多会导致表面分层与脆化,而铝太少时钢材的拉拔性能差,并有疏松。由于在炼钢操作时无法控制铝的氧化,要保证固溶铝在如此窄的范围内会出现一些困难。
1 Introduction Aluminum is not only an important alloying element for producing fine grain steel, but also one of the most effective deoxidizers. Certain steels, particularly deep-drawn and cold-worked steels, usually require that the final level of dissolved aluminum in the steel be 0.03 to 0.04%. Too much aluminum in the product can result in delamination and embrittlement of the surface, whereas in the case of too little aluminum, the drawing properties of the steel are poor and loose. Due to the inability to control the oxidation of aluminum during steelmaking operations, it is necessary to ensure that some problems arise with such dissolved aluminum within such a narrow range.
