本文简述了HECRA方法表面冶金强化基本原理,着重研究了HECRA方法在钢铁材料表面强化应用的可能性和工艺特点。试验了不同工艺参数、合金元素和基材成分对表面冶金覆层元素分布、相组成、组织形态及性能的影响和作用;淬火和正火后续热处理对基材及表面冶金覆层组织和性能的作用等。最后,对HECRA方法表面冶金强化新工艺的实际应用进行初步试验探讨。
In this paper, the basic principle of surface metallurgical strengthening of HECRA method is briefly described, and the possibility and process characteristics of HECRA method for strengthening the surface of steel materials are emphatically studied. The effects of different process parameters, alloy elements and substrate composition on the elemental distribution, phase composition, morphology and properties of the surface metallurgical coatings were tested. The effect of quenching and normalizing subsequent heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the substrate and the surface metallurgical coatings Wait. Finally, the preliminary experiment on the practical application of HECRA method for surface metallurgy strengthening new process is discussed.
