刀具切削力学计算是盾构刀盘设计的关键问题,是影响其掘进性能的决定性因素。基于理论力学和岩土塑性力学原理,对已有的盾构刀具切削力学模型进行改进,考虑刀具磨损对切削力的影响,重新推导盾构切削刀具的力学计算模型,运用改进的计算模型分析影响刀具切削力的主要因素。发现刀具刃角、刀具圆弧半径及刀具切深对盾构刀具的切削力影响较大。对刀盘、刀具设计和施工具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
