本文报道了~(14)C-喹胺酸(~(14)C-811)在小白鼠体内的吸收、分布和排泄。给小鼠一次注射~(14)C-811后,药物吸收良好,血中能迅速达到一定浓度,但持续时间短,较快地转移到组织中。肾、骨中~(14)C 含量最高;脾、肺、胃、肠、皮毛、肝、胆中含量次之;脑、肌肉、心脏含量最低。给药后组织中~(14)C 含量以1小时时为最高,以后大部分组织中~(14)C 的含量逐渐降低。~(14)C 主要从尿中排出,24小时排出44%。连续8天肌肉注射,药物在大部分组织中有一定的蓄积。灌胃给药吸收不良,绝大部分药物由粪中排出。
This paper reports the absorption, distribution and excretion of ~ (14) C-quinamate (~ (14) C-811) in mice. After a single injection of ~ (14) C-811 into mice, the drug is well absorbed and the blood can rapidly reach a certain concentration, but the duration is short and the tissue is rapidly transferred to the tissue. Kidney, bone ~ (14) C content highest; spleen, lung, stomach, intestine, fur, liver, gall followed the content; brain, muscle, heart lowest. The content of ~ (14) C in the tissue was the highest at 1 hour after administration, and the content of ~ (14) C in most tissues gradually decreased afterwards. ~ (14) C is mainly excreted in the urine, 44% discharged in 24 hours.
