本文报告5例限局性主动脉缩窄PTA 治疗效果,年龄18月～17岁,术前30分钟肌注镇静剂。经右股静脉行右心插管,测定心输出量,再往右股动脉行左心插管。记录往主动脉瓣和缩窄区的回撒压力曲线。取35°左前斜位行主动脉弓选择性电影血管造影。测量缩窄区近远端1cm 的主动脉直径。对此已知导管直径和影屏上所测导管直径,计算出放大率。依
This article reports 5 cases of limited local aortic stenosis PTA treatment effect, aged 18 months to 17 years, 30 minutes before surgery intramuscular sedation.
