人血清中的利福平(RIF)及其主要代谢物25-去乙酰利福平(DIF)用HPLC法测定,采用固相提取浓缩器(SPEC)辛硅烷(C_8)园片法提取的回收率为98%～99%,准确度和精密度为0.4%～2.0%和l.2%～3.9%,高于通用的C_8固相提取(SPE)柱.

Rifidipine (RIF) and its major metabolite 25-deacetyl rifampicin (DIF) in human serum were determined by HPLC method and recovered by the method of octyl silane (C_8) by the solid phase extraction concentrator (SPEC) The accuracy was 98% -99%. The accuracy and precision were 0.4% -2.0% and 1.2% -3.9%, higher than the common C_8 solid phase extraction (SPE) column.
