农药颗粒剂具有使用方便、安全、价廉和药效期长等优点,在包装、运输、保管等方面也有较大的经济效益,是受欢迎的农药新剂型。颗粒剂毒性试验,为正常研制、生产与合理使用提供重要依据。动物试验中最常使用的大鼠中毒模型,由于颗粒剂不便直接经口染毒而受限。用溶剂萃取液染毒,改变了农药的剂型和药物释放作用特点,且有萃取不全及增加了有机溶剂毒性之弊,因而精确性差、系统误差大。本文介绍了不改变颗粒剂剂型,对大鼠方便的经口染毒方法——胶囊经口法。

This article describes the oral administration method that does not change the formulation of the granules, for oral administration to rats - capsule oral method.
