锌是人体必需微量元素,为许多酶的组成成分。有关锌离子的电极不乏报道,1981年 Starobinets 等曾用离子选择电极测定锌离子和硫氰根离子。本文采用 S_(336)与ZnCl_4~(2-)缔合物分散在四氢呋喃 PVC 中制成锌离子传感器,测定溶液中的锌离子,电极线性范围1×10~(-2)—1×10~(-4)M,级差30mV,检测下限7×10~(-5)M。实验部分一、仪器及试剂1、PHS—3型酸度计(上海第二分析仪器厂);2、PXD—12型数字式离子计(江苏电分析仪器厂);3、TD—1型磁力搅拌器(常熟电子仪器厂);4、玻璃电极(上海电光仪器厂);5、试剂均为分析纯,用去离子水配制。二、活性物质制备取 S_(336)若干加适量锌离子、氯离子和正己烷于分液漏斗内充分振摇,取出油相,水洗
Zinc is an essential trace element for the human body and is a component of many enzymes. There are many reports about the zinc ion electrode, in 1981 Starobinets et al. Used ion-selective electrode to determine zinc ion and thiocyanate ion. In this paper, Zn (II) ion sensor was prepared by dispersing S_ (336) and ZnCl_4 ~ (2-) association in tetrahydrofuran PVC. The linear range of the electrode was 1 × 10 -2 ~ -1 × 10 ~ (-4) M, the difference of 30mV, the detection limit of 7 × 10 ~ (-5) M. Experimental Part I. Instruments and Reagents 1.
