脊髓内肠源性囊肿极少见,复习英文献仅有4例报导,本文作者报告一例.病例报告:54岁、男性,间发性下腰痛8年.伴肩胛部至双下肢痛性感觉迟钝,中胸段以下进行性麻木、无力,以左侧更甚.每次发病症状持续3～4天或3月左右,可缓慢自行消退.近5年来出现小便失禁,自幼即患有进行性胸椎后凸畸形.体查见胸7椎体明显后凸畸形,局部皮肤有一小块色素斑.左下肢肌力Ⅰ级,右下肢肌力Ⅵ级,胸8以下皮肤感觉减退.左侧温度觉、震动觉及本体觉均减退,肛门括约肌功能正常,左巴彬斯基氏征阳性,无阵挛.脊柱X线平片显示胸11为半椎体,中胸段椎
