本文研究了产教结合对高职院校人才培养的影响。我们使用结构方程模型和方差检验分析了139个高职院校样本。研究发现:第一,产教结合显著提升了教学方法、课程内容、双师队伍等教学过程组织的产教结合。第二,教学方法和课程内容完全正向中介了产教结合和人才培养绩效。第三,双师队伍显著提升了教学方法和课程内容的产教结合。第四,教学资源显著正向影响人才培养绩效。第五,企业办学的创新创业能力、校办产业的就业率、产教联盟的区域经济贡献显著高于其他模式。本文提供了实践建议。
This article studies the impact of the combination of production and education on the training of personnel in higher vocational colleges. We used the structural equation model and variance test analysis of 139 vocational colleges samples. The findings are as follows: First, the combination of production and teaching has significantly enhanced the combination of production and teaching in teaching methods such as teaching methods, course contents and double-team teaching. Second, teaching methods and curricula are fully mediated by the combination of production and teaching and personnel training performance. Third, the double division team significantly enhanced the combination of production and teaching of teaching methods and curriculum contents. Fourth, the teaching resources significantly positively affect the performance of talent training. Fifth, the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of running a school, the employment rate of a school-run industry, and the contribution of the education-educational alliance’s regional economy are significantly higher than the other modes. This article provides practical advice.
