急慢性肾炎现在尚无特效疗法,特别是慢性肾炎的晚期病人非但不能治愈,水肿及腹水的消退亦甚困难。近十几年来我国医务工作者遵照伟大领袖毛主席“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,从祖国医药学宝库中发掘肾炎的治疗方法,开拓了新的道路,取得了一定成绩。但慢性肾炎的治愈率目前仍然很低。我院自一九七三年八月以来应用中草药治疗肾炎20例,其中急性肾炎12例,慢性肾炎8例,取得了满意的疗效。现作初步小结如

However, the cure rate of chronic nephritis is still low. In our hospital since August 1973, 20 cases of nephritis were treated with Chinese herbal medicine, including 12 cases of acute nephritis and 8 cases of chronic nephritis, and achieved satisfactory results.
