以水稻 同核异 质野败型 雄 性 不育 系 珍汕 97 A 及 其保 持 系 珍汕 97 B 为 材料 ,用 稻 瘟 病菌902 菌株 产生的致 病粗毒素 浸养 处理 二叶 期 黄化 幼 苗,以 探讨 专 化 性致 病 菌株 稻 瘟 病菌 902 致病粗毒 素对野败 型雄性 不育细胞 质呼吸的 专化性 抑制作用 。结果表 明,稻瘟 病菌902 菌株粗 毒素对珍汕 97 A、97 B 呼 吸作用的 影响有差 异,珍汕 97 A 的呼 吸作 用对 毒素 处理 更敏 感,受 抑制 强 于珍汕97 B。并且 ,未处理的 珍汕97 B 匀浆液的 呼吸强 度一直高 于珍汕 97 A,提 示同核异 质的保持 系珍汕97 B 比 不育系 珍汕97 A 细 胞质质量 在呼吸 方面也较 优。
In this study, the pathogenic crude toxin produced by strain 902 of Magnaporthe grisea was treated with the same heterogenous wild type male sterile line Zhenshan 97 A and its maintainer Zhenshan 97 B as the materials. Seedlings to explore the specificity of pathogenic strains of Magnaporthe grisea 90 2 pathogenic crude toxin wild-type male sterile cytoplasmic respiration inhibition. The results showed that the crude toxin of 902 strains of Magnaporthe grisea had different effects on the respiration of 97A and 97B of Zhenshan 97S. The respiration of Zhenshan 97A was more sensitive to toxin treatment than that of Zhenshan 97A and 97B. Moreover, the respiration intensity of untreated Zhenshan 97 B homogenate was consistently higher than that of Zhenshan 97 A, suggesting that the cytoplasmic mass of Zhenshan 97 B, the same nuclear maintainer line, was also superior to that of Yuanying 97 A in terms of respiration.
