某型氢氧发动机氢涡轮泵采用了超二阶临界转速工作的柔性转子,为了解决氢涡轮泵研制中发生的次同步振动问题,采用氢涡轮泵空转试验的研究方法,通过布置在涡轮泵机组不同位置的位移和加速度传感器,获取转子的工作信息,对轴系预紧力、密封动环安装位置、轴系相关零件的配合间隙、金属阻尼器等影响因素进行了研究和试验。试验结果表明,增加轴系预紧力对抑制异常频率的出现有较为明显的作用;密封动环的安装位置与轴承的距离越远,越容易激发出异常振动频率;适当增加轴套与轴的配合间隙可减小轴系的内摩擦,进而提高轴系稳定性裕度;金属橡胶阻尼器的采用对抑制异常振动有明显效果。
In order to solve the sub-synchronous vibration problem occurred in the development of hydrogen turbo-pump, the research method of idling test for hydrogen turbo-pump is adopted in a certain type of oxyhydrogen engine hydrogen turbo pump which adopts the flexible rotor with super second-order critical speed. The displacement and acceleration sensors in different positions are used to obtain the working information of the rotor, and the influencing factors such as the prestress of the shaft, the installation position of the seal ring, the fit clearance of the relevant parts of the shaft system and the metal damper are researched and tested. The test results show that increasing the pre-tightening force of the shaft has a significant effect on suppressing the occurrence of abnormal frequency; the farther the mounting position of the seal moving ring is from the bearing, the more easily the abnormal vibration frequency is excited; and the sleeve and the shaft With the gap can reduce the shaft friction, thereby increasing the stability of the shaft system margin; the use of metal rubber dampers to inhibit abnormal vibration have a significant effect.
