基础教育的不断改革促进了教学模式的创新和改变,翻转课堂是新课改形式下一种新型的教学模式,强调以学生为主体、教师引导,充分利用信息技术、微课提高学生的学习自主性和学习能力。IAHL教育理念是基于教育特点以及学生发展心理学提出来的教学模式,在与翻转课堂的融合下能有效的提高基础教学效率,培养学生多方面的能力。基于此,本文剖析了翻转课堂与IAHL教育理念之间的关系,以小学语文教学为案例,提出基于IAHL教育理念的翻转课堂教学体系建设策略,旨在提高基础教育水平、促进学生综合素养和终身学习能力的提高。
The continuous reform of basic education has promoted the innovation and change of teaching mode. Flip classroom is a new type of teaching mode under the new curriculum reform. Emphasis is put on students as the main body, teachers ’guidance, making full use of information technology and improving the students’ learning autonomy Sex and learning ability. IAHL educational philosophy is based on the characteristics of education and student development psychology put forward teaching mode, with the flip classroom integration can effectively improve the efficiency of basic teaching, develop students’ ability in many aspects. Based on this, this paper analyzes the relationship between flip classroom and IAHL educational philosophy. Taking Chinese teaching in primary school as an example, this paper proposes a strategy of building flip classroom teaching system based on IAHL education philosophy. The aim is to improve basic education and promote students’ overall accomplishment and lifelong learning Improvement of learning ability.
