为比较恒温控制阀和带有时段控温功能的智能温控器的节能效果,对银川市澳海澜庭小区分户计量采暖系统进行实测分析。取具有恒温控制与时段控温两种模式的采暖末端温控装置,在采暖环境和面积均相同的三户内,A户不安装温控装置,B户安装恒温控制模式的采暖末端温控装置,C户安装时段控温模式的采暖温控装置。通过测试得到的一个供暖季内三户热量表、温度记录仪数据的对比分析,得出温控器的节能效果。测试分析结果为:安装恒温控制阀相比于未采取温控措施的采暖节能率约为14.4%;安装时段控温功能的智能温控器相比于未采取温控措施的采暖节能率约为29.7%;安装时段控制阀相比于安装恒温控温功能的智能温控器的采暖节能率为17.9%。
In order to compare the energy-saving effect of thermostatic control valve and intelligent thermostat with time-controlled temperature function, the measurement and analysis of household metering heating system in Haihaitntingteam of Yinchuan City was carried out. Through the test obtained in a heating season three calorimeters, temperature logger data comparative analysis, draw the energy-saving effect of the thermostat. The results of the test and analysis are as follows: the energy saving rate of the heating system with the thermostatic control valve installed is about 14.4% compared with the heating system without the temperature control measure; the energy saving rate of the heating system with the temperature control function during the installation phase is about 29.7%; installation period of the control valve compared to the thermostat thermostat installed thermostat heating energy saving rate of 17.9%.
