随着经济的不断发展,信息化时代已经到来,普通图书馆已不能满足人们日益增长的阅读需求,数字图书馆的建设应运而生,但是我国在数字图书馆的建设上存在很大问题,目前我国图书馆建设现状不是很理想,另外,图书馆的服务水平也是影响读者阅读质量的重要因素,信息资源丰富,服务水平较高的数字图书馆是每一个读者所向往的。为此要大力加强数字图书馆信息资源建设,提高图书馆服务水平。
