消费者价格指数是用来反映消费者生活状况变化程度的一个重要的价格指数。然而,采用不同的消费者价格指数编制方法会得到不同的数值。编制方法的不甚合理使得指数值不能准确地反映现实情况。这也是我国价格指数统计长期暴露的一点不足,如何科学地编制这一指数已成为摆在统计工作者面前必须解决的问题。最近,荷兰对原来的消费费者价格指数做出一些比较大的改进,以增强其真实代表性,本文对此作一介绍,希望我国的统计工作者能从中获取一些启示。
Consumer Price Index is an important price index used to reflect the changing degree of consumer life. However, adopting different CPI compilation methods yields different values. The improper method of preparation makes the index value can not accurately reflect the actual situation. This is also a shortcoming of long-term exposure of China’s price index statistics. How to formulate this index scientifically has become a problem that must be solved in front of statisticians. Recently, the Netherlands made some relatively large improvements to the original consumer price index in order to enhance its true representativeness. This article introduces this and hopes that our statisticians can obtain some enlightenment.
