肿瘤生物治疗的基础是肿瘤免疫,其中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性及临床抗肿瘤应用研究更为引人注目.TNF通常可以从内毒素等物质刺激的人或动物血清中提取,外周血单核细胞和淋巴细胞也能产生,目前已能通过基因工程方法获得.TNF对多种肿瘤细胞有不同程序的抑制作用.本文旨在探讨TNF对肝癌细胞的细胞毒性即肝癌细胞对TNF的敏感性,TNF与不同化疗药物合用对肝癌细胞的细胞毒作用及其作用机理,为重组肿瘤坏死因子(rTNF)与化疗药物联合应用治疗原发性肝癌提供实验依据.
