中国石油和石化工程研究会(原名中国石油和石油化工设备研究会),于1992年9月21日至26日在四川乐山召开了技术发展战略研讨与第四届年会。根据本届年会“开拓视野,广辟新路,在社会主义市场经济大潮中开创新局面,为发展我国石油和石化工业,为发展社会主义市场经济作出新贡献”的精神,本会研究员和顾问为本届年会积极撰写了论文。会议期间共收到石油钻采、石油化工、燃气轮机应用以及其他方面的论文共52篇。
China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association (formerly known as China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Research Association) held a technical development strategy discussion and the fourth annual meeting in Leshan, Sichuan from September 21 to September 26, 1992. In accordance with the spirit of “opening up new horizons and opening up new roads to this convention, opening up a new situation in the tide of the socialist market economy, making new contributions to the development of China’s oil and petrochemical industry and making efforts to develop the socialist market economy,” our fellows and Consultants actively wrote papers for the annual meeting. During the conference, a total of 52 papers were collected from oil drilling, petrochemicals, gas turbine applications and others.
