国家经委、铁道部、交通部和中国交通运输协会,最近在江苏省江都县联合召开了全国联运工作经验交流会。八月十八日,袁宝华同志在听取会议情况汇报时指出:目前农村商品生产发展很快,发展联运这项工作抓得好。应先在商品生产发达地区推广江苏省的经验。要集资兴办联运,支持集体企业和个体户参加运输。要加强管理,建立新的规章制度,合理调整运价,修建公路,培训一批熟悉联运业务的专业干部。联运要与供销社、农牧渔业和工业企业的生产经营紧密挂钩,为工农商服务。袁宝华同志这些意见很重要,各地区、各部门要结合实际情况,认真加强领导,大力推动联运工作的发展。
