本文报告３０例（３０只眼）的后房型人工晶体缝线固定植入术，平均年龄４３．５岁。１７只眼为白内障囊内摘除术后，５只眼为囊外摘除破后囊膜者，８只眼为外伤白内障。术后随访３－１８个月，矫正视力≥０．５者为２６只眼（８６．６％），比术前矫正视力略有下降（０．１６）。手术中并发症主要有前房出血、瞳孔变形及玻璃体混浊加重。术后炎性反应较一般后房人工晶体植入术重。我们对手术方法进行了探讨，认为前房切口与巩膜瓣相连有利于手术操作，后房穿刺以１１点、５点为宜。
This article reports 30 cases (30 eyes) posterior chamber intraocular lens suture fixation, the average age of 43.5 years old. Seventeen eyes were treated with cataract extraction, 5 eyes were enucleated, and 8 eyes were traumatic cataract. The patients were followed up for 3-18 months. The corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was 26 eyes (86.6%), which was slightly lower than that of preoperative corrected visual acuity (0.16). Complications of surgery are mainly anterior chamber bleeding, pupil deformity and vitreous opacity worse. Postoperative inflammatory response than the average posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. We discussed the surgical methods, that the anterior chamber incision is associated with the scleral flap is conducive to surgical procedures, posterior chamber puncture at 11 o’clock, 5 o’clock is appropriate.
