以四氢萘为溶剂,研究了在溶煤比为1—7,氢初压为0—90kg/cm~2、反应温度为350—470℃等条件下内蒙胜利煤的转化速度。结果表明,在反应初期,煤转化速度较快,氢初压和反应温度的提高对加快煤转化速度是有利的。对各种条件下产物组分含量与反应时间的关系也进行了比较,当溶煤比为3:1、氢初压为60kg/cm~2、反应温度为430℃、反应时间为60分时,液化产物中吡啶可溶物可达94%。在速度分析的基础上,对该煤种直接液化的可能机理进行了探讨。
Using tetralin as the solvent, the conversion rate of coal in Inner Mongolia Shengli coal was studied under the conditions of a coal dissolving ratio of 1-7, a hydrogen initial pressure of 0-90kg / cm ~ 2 and a reaction temperature of 350-470 ℃. The results show that coal conversion rate is faster at the initial stage of reaction, and the increase of hydrogen initial pressure and reaction temperature is favorable to speed up coal conversion.
