为贯彻“提高我国经济发展的质量和效益”的指导思想,推广战略供应商管理,提升采购的质量和效率,促进供应链和谐发展,中国质量协会2016年继续开展供应商管理示范企业创建活动,现将有关事项通知如下:一、活动定义供应商管理示范企业创建是指企业通过导入和实施《工业企业供应商管理评价准则》国家标准,识别供应商管理的重要改进机会,采用先进的供应商管理技术和方法,实施战略供应商管理策略,显著提升供应商管理绩效。
