介绍了低温多效蒸馏海水淡化的原理及主要特点,对其蒸发器代替汽轮机凝汽器的可行性及经济性进行了分析研究。结果表明,低温多效蒸馏海水淡化蒸发器替代汽轮机凝汽器技术具有较好的应用前景。某钢铁厂2台25WM汽轮发电机组与海水淡化耦合技术的应用结果表明,系统热效率提高至82%,海水淡化成本降至5.94元/t。
The principle and main features of low temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination are introduced. The feasibility and economy of replacing evaporator with steam evaporator are analyzed. The results show that the low temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination evaporator instead of the steam turbine condenser technology has a good application prospect. The application results of two 25WM turbogenerators coupled with desalination technology in a steel plant show that the system thermal efficiency is increased to 82% and the desalination cost is reduced to 5.94 yuan / t.
