目的分析妇女健康公共项目促进工程项目实施情况,探讨提高妇女健康水平的策略。方法对2008-2011年平阳县妇科病检查患病情况及治疗情况进行回顾性调查和统计分析。结果共参与妇科疾病检查人数85 461人,疾病检出人数是24 615人,疾病检出率为28.8%,阴道炎治疗率88.33%,宫颈炎治疗率82.39%,梅毒2例,淋病2例,尖锐湿疣3例,治疗率100%。宫颈癌44例,检出率0.51‰,均得到治疗和追踪随访。结论平阳县妇科病检出率呈逐年下降趋势,治疗率在逐年上升,妇女健康促进工程达到了良好的效果。为提高妇女健康水平,应加大健康教育宣传力度,提高妇女自我保健及定期普查意识,采用有效措施降低患病率,提升治愈率。
Objective To analyze the implementation of women’s health public projects to promote the project and explore ways to improve women’s health. Methods The prevalence and treatment of gynecological diseases in Pingyang County during 2008-2011 were retrospectively investigated and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 85 461 gynecological diseases were examined, the number of disease detection was 24 615, the disease detection rate was 28.8%, vaginitis treatment rate 88.33%, cervicitis treatment rate 82.39%, syphilis 2 cases, gonorrhea 2 cases, 3 cases of genital warts, treatment rate of 100%. 44 cases of cervical cancer, the detection rate of 0.51 ‰, were treated and follow-up. Conclusions The detection rate of gynecological diseases in Pingyang County has been declining year by year, and the treatment rate has been increasing year by year. The health promotion project for women has achieved good results. In order to improve the health level of women, we should step up publicity on health education, raise the awareness of women’s self-care and regular censuses, adopt effective measures to reduce the prevalence and improve the cure rate.
