本文观察了二羧乙基锗倍半氧化物对三种大鼠胃溃疡模型的疗效。实验结果表明,本化合物对醋酸型和消炎痛型大鼠胃溃疡有显著的修复作用,使溃疡病灶明显缩小,交浅或愈合,但对应激型大鼠胃溃疡则无效。
This article observed the effect of dicarboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide on three rat gastric ulcer models. The experimental results show that the present compound has significant repairing effect on gastric ulcers of acetic acid type and indomethacin type rats, so that the lesions of the ulcers are significantly reduced, and the ulcers are healed or healed, but they are not effective for gastric ulcers of stress rats.
