目的:评价2007年和2008年参加全国化妆品卫生监督抽检实验室化妆品质控考核结果。方法:采用稳健统计技术对被考核实验室检测化妆品质控样中的铅、汞和砷结果进行评价和分析。结果:2007年和2008年各有29家参加质控考核。2007年6个Z比分均为满意结果的实验室占参加考核实验室总数的55.3%,无离群值但有可疑值的占3.4%,有离群值的占41.3%;2008年结果分别为51.8%、24.1%和24.1%。结论:通过两次质控考核,实验室铅、汞和砷的检测能力均有了明显的提高。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the cosmetic quality control assessment results of the cosmetics cosmetic health supervision and sampling laboratories in 2007 and 2008. Methods: Stable statistical techniques were used to evaluate and analyze the results of lead, mercury and arsenic in cosmetic quality control samples tested by laboratories. Results: In 2007 and 2008, 29 each participated in the quality control examination. 6 laboratories with satisfactory Z scores in 2007 accounted for 55.3% of the total number of labs participating in the assessment, 3.4% had no outliers but had suspicious values, and 41.3% had outliers. The results in 2008 were 51.8%, 24.1% and 24.1%. Conclusion: Through two quality control tests, laboratory lead, mercury and arsenic detection capabilities have been significantly improved.
