由于全球建筑产业的迅速放发展,建筑工程技术与建筑项目管理方法也在不断提升并有所创新。我国现阶段的发展重点是现代化建设,因而如何优化建筑工程项目的管理方法,及时发现建筑工程中的问题与不足,并提供及时、有效的解决办法,是推动城市建筑产业发展,为国家城市现代化发展提供有力保证的核心内容。从当前国内的建筑工程管理实践情况中看,我国的工程管理方法与国际上先进管理方法之间存在一定差距,仍然会产生人力与物质资源的不当使用、建筑原材料浪费、设备设施管理不妥善等问题,不利于建筑工程项目节约经济成本,提高生产效率。下文中,笔者将从个人参与建筑工程项目管理的工作实践中总结经验,指出应当注意哪些建筑工程项目管理的要点,希望为建筑工程科学管理的实现,提供参考与建议。

Judging from the current practice of construction management in China, there is a certain gap between China’s engineering management methods and the international advanced management methods, which still lead to improper use of manpower and material resources, wasted construction materials and improper management of facilities and facilities. In the following, the author will summarize the experience from the personal participation in the construction management of the project management practice, pointing out that should pay attention to what the construction project management points, hoping for the realization of construction engineering management, to provide reference and suggestions.
