1.社会资本办医隋殿军(吉林省卫生计生委主任):国家鼓励社会资本办医后,很多大医院在扩大规模的同时,还利用自己的无形资产吸引国内投资商投资健康产业。新建医院床位都在2000张以上,将来很可能出现无法控制的情况。廖澍华(深圳市委卫生工委专职副书记):人才问题是目前民营医院面临的最大难题。而产生该问题的原因,在于政府给民营医院的政策不到位。如果职称、科研、养老保险等问题不解决,民营医院人才困境就很难缓解。
